At the moment, we aren’t able to welcome under 18s to our classes. However, we’re exploring ways to expand our offering to include this age group in the future—so stay tuned!
Do you have classes suitable for seniors or people with limited mobility?
Yes—we’re dedicated to offering classes for all ages and ranges of mobility. Our schedule includes practices with stillness and gentle movement (such as breathwork, sound, and yin yoga), as well as softer versions of our standard classes (look for “Gentle” in the class title). If you’re unsure whether a class is right for you, drop us a note and we’ll help you find the best fit. Please note: the studio is up two flights of stairs with no lift access. Seniors receive a 15% discount.
Is the studio accessible?
Unfortunately, we do not have a lift. The studio is located on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs.

Please note: Google Maps has sometimes caused issues—set directions to “65 Jeddo Road” rather than our business profile for accuracy.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open during scheduled class times. You’re welcome to arrive early or stay afterwards and enjoy our communal space. Please note we have a strict quiet working policy during class times, no calls.
How early should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to give yourself time to settle in.
What should I bring to class?

A water bottle (canned water also available to buy)
Grippy socks (optional for most classes, required for Reformer—we sell them in the Yoke shop)

Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. Grippy socks are encouraged for mat-based classes and required for Reformer Pilates (available for purchase in the Yoke shop).
Do I need grippy socks?
Yes, grippy socks are compulsory for Reformer Pilates for safety and stability on the machine. For mat-based classes, you can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—whatever feels best. Don’t have a pair? You can purchase them in our shop.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No—we provide mats at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Are there showers available?
No, we don’t have showers. You’re welcome to change in our toilets, and we provide wipes, deodorant, and other freshening-up essentials.

Can I use the communal space before or after class?
Yes! We encourage you to use the space to work, reflect, relax, or have a drink before and after class. We just ask that you avoid phone or video calls, as they may disturb classes or others enjoying quiet time.

Yes—we love welcoming special events, workshops, and creative collaborations that align with the Yoke community. If you have an idea and think our space might be the right fit, reach out at hello@yokespace.com.
